RETURN AND EXCHANGE

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return the order back to us. 
For sale items we offer 14 days return period, which mean you have 14 days to ship the order back to us from the day you have received your order. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you wish to return your package, send back your return within 30 days or within 14 days if it is a sale item. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges of the return package.

Your package must be returned to our return address and not a pick up point or other shop delivery option, else we will not be able to handle your return.
Please note that when you return your package, you have the responsibility of the package until we receive it. We recommend you to hold on to your shipping receipt and send with track&trace. We suggest you use GLS for Danish and european orders, we have had the best experience using them. Please do not use DPD we experience a lot of issues with them here in Denmark.

The customer is responsible for the shipping charges of the return package for an exchange. If you are based outside the EU you will need to pay taxes and duties on this by yourself.

We do not have an exchange service a the moment. Therefor you need to return the product normally as described above. If you want the same product in another size make a new order on the desired product.
