By confirming your order and approving these terms & condition, a binding agreement is made When we have received your order, we will send you an automatic e-mail confirming your order. We reserve the right not to deliver the order or an item in the order in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. Should we be unable to deliver your order in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order or get at partial refund on the missing item. Grocery Copenhagen receive payment with MobilePay, VISA, Mastercard and Apple pay, google pay and PayPal. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.
All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is incl. VAT.
Grocery Copenhagen uses an authorized payment server that encrypts all your card information with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information can not be read.
We ship with GLS with the options of private delivery and pick up point, depending on your country. We ship within Europe and the delivery time is 1-3 days, in Denmark and 2-4 days in the rest of Europe.
We offer free shipping on orders above 500DKK in Denmark. Delivery below this amount will in Denmark cost 50DKK
If you live in Copenhagen we suggest using the pick-up service from our Elmegade store which is always free.
In the rest of europe We offer free shipping above 1000DKK Delivery below this will cost 100DKK. (Approx: 13 Euro)
We offer international shipping with DHL the cost is 200DKK (Approx: 25 Euro)
Taxes and Duties
The customer will be liable to pay any local taxes and duties upon receipt of your parcel. Grocery can not be held responsible for these charges. Grocery do not have the knowledge of the specific countries taxes and therefor we can not inform the customer what the price will be for the specific order in a specific country.
If the customer should refuse to refusal pay the duties and/or taxes, we will cancel the order. The shipping cost and any other costs associated with yjis cancellation will be deducted from the amount refunded.
14 days full return
Don’t like what you see? Don’t worry. You have 14 days from the date you received your package to exchange or return. Send back your return within 14 days together with a filled out form, that you will receive together with your package. Items must be returned to us unused with all labels still attached. All packaging on beauty products must not be broken. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer. Your package should be sent back to us within 14 days. Returns outside these timeframes will not be accepted as a return, and will be sent back to the customer. Please note that all returns outside the EU are responsible for taxes and duties.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you wish to return your package, send back your return within 30 days together with a filled out return form, that you will receive together with your package. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges of the return package.

Please note that when you return your package, you have the responsibility of the package until we receive it. We recommend you to hold on to your shipping receipt and send with track&trace. We suggest you use GLS we have had the best experience using them. Please do not use DPD we experience a lot of issues with them here in Denmark.
The customer is responsible for the shipping charges of the return package for an exchange. If you are based outside the EU you will need to pay taxes and duties on this by yourself.
We do not have an exchange service a the moment. Therefor you need to return the product normally as described above. If you want the same product in another size make a new order on the desired product.

Reclamations are accepted within a period of 24 months. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund. Simply request a return through our Customer Service: email@example.com and send the faulty goods back to us within 30 days of receiving your order. If you discover a fault after this time, and think it might be an accepted reclamation contact our customer service with imagery of the mistake and and a detailed description.
If your reclamation is accepted we will where possible, offer to repair the item. If it cannot be repaired and the same product is still available, we will send you a replacement. If the same product is no longer available, you are entitled to a full refund. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
